On Wednesday evening the ILCC had its first AGM via zoom. It was a very successful session as we went through a number of items including our priorities for 2024. What made it extra special was the successful election of two new executive committee members. We would like to extend a warm welcome to Susan Leatham and Chris Olberz 👏👏👏👏

ILCC Lung Cancer Patient & Caregiver Event 2023

On the 17th November 2023 the ILCC held our 3rd in person event for patients and caregivers at the RCSI in Dublin, to mark Lung Cancer Awareness Month. We heard from some excellent speakers on topics such as recent advancements in lung cancer, managing treatment side effects, exercise intervention in lung cancer care and the psychosocial impact of lung cancer, as well as updates on the progress and activities of the ILCC. Thankyou to all the speakers, to all who attended and everyone involved in organising the event.

You can access the powerpoint of the event with presentations on all of the topics here: ILCC Nov Event 2023
